More of his string instrument
I don't know the instrument he was playing today, but it was just melodious. They sang and played music from Turkey, Middle east, Asia and East Asia. I was just lucky to be there today with my camera.

This instrument looks like a cross between a mandolin and guitar.. mandolin has 4 - twin strings..this has 5 twin and 1 single string....I am sure it sounds great...every twin stringed instrument sounds beautiful!

Great closeups ! It looks very much like mandolin, but it isn't. May be you can find out.
